As Executive Assistant to Earvin Ray and a licensed real estate agent, Susan Dvoor is the driving force behind Ray Homes, the No. 3 transacting large team in Kansas. She ensures every transaction is handled with precision, efficiency, and top-tier client service, making the buying and selling process seamless from contract to closing. 

A Kansas State University graduate with a B.S. in Textile Science, Susan spent 19 years in New York City’s fashion industry, eventually owning her own textile sales agency representing global mills. Her expertise in negotiations, deal management, and high-level operations made for a natural transition into real estate. 

For seven years, she served as Director of Operations for a top-performing real estate team in Long Island, New York, before returning home to Kansas City. Now, as a vital part of Ray Homes, she brings her strategic mindset and client-first approach to every transaction.
